They only paid of 75k of the loan whule taking on an additional 35k, my initial post was incorrect

however, they did extend the conversion out 180 days and made it on more favorable terms. All in all is was good news and we get 6 months to get things cleaned up

Whoever is handling the public side of communication for the company needs to be replaced, their advice is terrible to say the least.
