No thats not an indicator one way or the other imo. These pennies are nothing but money making setups. This could take a run based on a good prs and it could sit like this till the next r/s if we dont hear from them for months. Big reason why i never buy pennies above trips. They all play the same game. I took a small burn once and learned my lesson.
