Chris responded to me within a couple of hours yesterday evening as you can see from the timestamps I posted on the email I sent and response received.
I asked only about the R/S due to the "jump" in share price, but was looking around for other information that may have explained why. The Facebook post is the best information I found thus far.
I don't know what response times would be like during regular business hours.
