Oh no doubt - I completely agree but a SMART move by ISRG for one of two reasons:

1) THEY would secure their HUGE revenue stream for at least 2-3 more years

2) THEY could force a potential competitor to bid SO HIGH for Titan that it would be a bit of a hit to their pocketbook. I'm sure a J&J would NEVER LET ISRG continue with their monopoly.
