I will gladly let the investing public decide as here Frank Lorenzo also hopes that saying although he passed along the fraudulent info he did not supposedly originate said lie, Gregg Lorenzo did, he just disseminated them & that he is also no longer in the Securities Industry. hhmm but he is an Advisor to SVFC & handling Investor Relations for a publicly traded company.

$$SVFC trip 1's printed today FACT now time will tell as 2 more days, could even be Friday and Monday too. That will give $$YA $$Global the next tranche at 0.0000485.
Selling that at 0.0001 will give them their 106.19% profit. The down side for SVFC is that 1billion shares
at 0.0000485 only knocks $48,500 off of the original $2.1M debt.

Off the top of my head that's about 750M shares to cover under $200K worth of the $2.1M (plus accrued interest) debt.
How many BILLIONS of shares will be required to cover the remaining $1.9M plus interest? & as ALL can see that debt gets wiped out cheaper & cheaper &@ more & more cost to shareholders

The collateral for this deal was every damn asset held by SVFC, the NY private companies, Patent, all intellectual rights right down to the plants & pencils in the offices, Indisputable FACT & all contained quite clearly & unequivocally in the CDA so
$$SVFC - let's look @ the size of those $$YA $$Global tranches...the next one will be well over 350M+ shares ;-) @ the best possible conversion price will still only eliminate around $52K tops of debt owed & actually it would be slightly less FACT

YA Global Master SPV, Ltd. (“YA Global”) does not own any shares of Common Stock. As the Investment Manager of YA Global, Yorkville Advisors Global, LP (“Yorkville”) may be deemed to beneficially own the same number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by YA Global. As a Managing Partner of Yorkville, the investment manager to YA Global, and as the portfolio manager to YA Global, Matthew Beckman (“Beckman”) may be deemed to beneficially own the same number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by YA Global.



YA Global is the owner of derivative securities which have a cap that prevents each derivative security from being converted and/or exercised if such conversion and/or exercise would cause the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock beneficially owned by YA Global and its affiliates to exceed 9.9% of the outstanding shares of the Common Stock following such conversion and/or exercise of the derivative security. In addition, the cap pertaining to the derivative securities limits YA Global’s entitlement to 9.9% of the Common Stock Deemed Outstanding of the Company for purposes of any corporate vote.
