If he was wearing a suit and tie, and wasn't willing to get his hands dirty, there would be no product. All we'd have is a smooth talking, snakeoil salesman (and on the ground), with little regard for customers or shareholder value. There would also be a billion or more shares out, with the next priority to step foot into the marijuana business to attract new share.... I mean new revenue streams. :)
I too liked the videos, and while I understand the concerns about location for an initial video (and some other minor details), I think it's worth pointing out that they're starting this new business immediately in THAT AREA, and thus they likely felt the need to show this to investors to give them a good idea of their first big project. The same goes for potential clients.
It's a residential area, and the demand for their product starts out next door (first priority among those that are interested), with the purpose of powering 30+ homes. It doesn't get any better than this!
