I like the military emphasis.

Nevada SOS may be cheap, but it's the rest of the associated costs (up to date financials, etc.) that isn't cheap.

I more than anyone would like to see them get back to the US, but I'll continue to wait.

By my calculation, that is about $160 million USD in assets.

I could be wrong, but that is about $8.16 USD per outstanding common share.

If all this is true, when AIV comes back to current registration and reporting in the USA, longs here stand to make some real money!!!

Still waiting for a reply from AIV to my inquiry about WHEN they intend to become current in the USA. I do not think it is a case of IF, only WHEN, since Gou Jinlin owns half of the outstanding shares. He would be crazy not to return to the US markets when he owns over 20 million shares per SEC filings from 2011/12.
