As Griff pointed out, there aren't enough suckers to buy at $.0002. Not when the death spirals and insiders can sell at $.0001 and still make a 100% profit. The suckers are the ones buying at $.0001 and thinking it will go to $.0002 on any volume. The ones running the con will allow a few $.0002s to be sold by retail to lure in more, but once they see blood in the water - aka, buyers at volume, they'll dump like crazy. And when the dust settles, there will be a bunch of new shareholders all waiting for $.0002 and a bunch of very happy insiders. Once the buyers figure out the game, then comes the reverse split.
Then they start again.
