no i dont- a proposed order had apparently been written on 23rd,i would think in support of the courts previous decisions in aug rejecting geos motion for CA assoc counsel and rejecting geos motion to set aside a previous default entered against geo

clarks research shows geo has found CA counsel to associate w geos TX lawyer, as is required by CA law,but whether its too late for such is up to the court and the court doesnt like to reverse itself on these things
so if court accepts geos new proposed CA counsel at this late stage the case will be delayed for more of humans beloved games

if CA court again rejects geos motion for CA counsel the court may enter a final judgement against geo
