I agree with the first part, but I don't buy that there is "little internal-awareness." I believe that T&C, et al, know exactly what they are doing, evidenced by the authorization of 9 billion shares, the issuance of 6 billion of those to T&C, the conversion before the split of 4 billion of T&C's shares to preferred, and the post-split disclosure of Outstanding Shares of more than 5 billion, which suggests that some or all of those preferred are now issued.

I also believe that the only "ambition" that Waffer has had for the past two and a half years is to sell shares. Period. Core Wafer Systems was NOT acquired to make millions of dollars selling product, product which Waffer no longer owns as of August of this year, but which Waffer has NOT removed from http://www.corewafer.com/products/overview

I also cannot imagine WHO is going to write this app, nor how it could possibly generate enough interest or income to "save" Waffer. If Waffer has any "employees" other than T&C, they haven't disclosed it. Even sometime-spokesman/Director Dale seems to have disappeared.
