Nope. If you bid at .0003, the company will wipe out the bid with the billions of shares they are dumping thru VNDM. Soon when they realize they wont even pay .0003 anymore they will just wipe out the .0002s next like they did the bid at .0003...all before the reverse split they are going to announce.
