Magnum, my answer to you took longer than expected...work got in the way yesterday!

Yes, you are right about Boca setting a moratorium for MMJ establishments in the city because they want to "wait and see" if the amendment passes and fully control where new businesses can set up shop in what used to be ritzy Boca (MHO). I believe the moratorium is for 1 year. What counts is when they start the moratorium. If Amendment 2 passes this NOV, there will not be anything for sale until late 2015 or early 2016 and we all know that a lot can change in that time period...especially tax $$s crossing city lines. ;)
