Louis, the mexican who mows lawns, agreed to go for coffee if guys in the coffee paid for it and sweet rolls. An agreement was inked on the spot---The "You buy, I fly, Henderson memorandum" A financing was being done on the spot---a few million shares were printed out on computor and desk drawers, pants pockets, a cup with pencils were all rumaged thru. Largest block was purchased by the guy who turned over the couch cushions---Sam, from maintenance. Further news out after coffee break---assuming Louis don't hit the nickel slots----that's what derailed last nr.
