Give him a base salary of $500,000 a year...plus a new Livewire Van. Give him unlimited free samples and unlimited coupon codes so he can get the commissions as well. Of course stock options are a given.
Give him permission to advertise all his other businesses on the livewire web sites (oh wait..he already has that)
I would give Tony and Chad the boot and put him in their place. That would be a huge savings to the company imo.
