By my rough estimates there has been about 600/700 k thrown at this at a .0003 average. Surely the CD holders will also be holding a chunk for higher levels.. Whether that is .002 or .02 or somewhere in between remains to be seen..

Further conversions for small profits only hurt the CD holders when they go to exit from their long positions as it creates more competition for profits..
