If you have been here for awhile you will know that (AXCG) had an issue with competitors had made tried to do exactly this and Chris was nervous and expressed to someone in an email that competitors were trying to get information on the company and its major share holders. The OS was raised and with all this dilution its plain to see what he has been trying to do.. But once financials come out this will be a game changer!!
