Ok.. "this technology can't produce any energy" because... this would be ideal part to cite irrefutable scientific evidence that adding droplets of water to hot/dry air 100% of the time will never create cooler air/downdraft effect.

No that's also not true what so ever. For sake of discussion let's just presume adding droplets of water to hot/dry air cools it and cool air is more dense than hot air; bear with me generous speculation that hot air rises/cooler air sinks. That doesn't mean they'd be in business at all there are tremendous strides still need to be accomplished with a multifaceted amounts of steps that would need to occur (purchase contracts, full funding, build, etc) mainly financing is major risk category.

I see no validity in either notion based on above.
