Same as 2 years ago no problem at all, when the majority of shares are controlled by insiders and worlds largest accounting firm no worries. EPGL will not sell shares on retail market, they will either be bought by EPGL or large investors to become restricted again or retired.

This prevents hostile takeover on major tech and EPGL is as legit as it gets and have kept world... Shares will not see retail market.
