Regs...what Regs are you referring to? If you're referring to the Regs for Amendment 2 being voted on by the good people in the great state of FL now thru NOV 4th, they aren't even written yet.
So, that can only mean you are referring to the Regs with regards to the Compassionate Care Act of 2014. Is this what you meant? Completely different ballgame. The CCA of 2014 is strictly low THC and high CBD. No wavering on this at all. 5 growers for 5 regions. Whereas the NOV MMJ Amendment 2 is for all strains and potencies.
I'm curious as to the source of your DD. I volunteer with a group supporting the passage of Amendmentt 2 here in FL. Any source of credible info that would help the cause would be greatly appreciated.
