No--what I believe is when some sink dough into "investment" opportunity after "investment" opportunity---and it doesn't quite pan out---shorty becomes a convenient reason...
go to any board on the OTC whose stock is getting clobbered---cries of "they're shorting it" will abound only to later find the A/S has been raised to 5,10,20, and even in some unbelievable cases to 30B shares, and some insider, note converter, or promoter has sold the snot out of it...
