Plain and simple...if you had possession of shares between the dates shown...you get paid...if you bought or sold after the dates shown, it is not excluded or included...

You would be entitled to roughly $201.00 less

The attorney's fees of 40% or so. So hold your breath for about 6 months or so and then fill out all the appropriate claim forms proving your possession during the class period and then plan where the rest of your vacation money will come from when they send you a check for $120 or so.

You can feel good for the attorneys who will be banking about $48 million for their efforts on your behalf.

If you owned own /2006 and prior to 9/05/2008, you're. good. Doesn't have condition how long you must own. You might get a dinner. But as stated, this was a settlement cause plaintiff could not proff their case. If they could it would of destroyed some of the lawsuits that say c-ship was illegal.
