Credibility? Lol. I realize you probably dont have a firm grasp of the law, but credibility doesnt exist when you are talking about lawsuits based on operation of law or amendment issues. When it comes to these cases, it either is or it isnt. Credibility goes to criminal cases usually...or to refute verbal testimony, of which there is none here.
This ruling has absolutely no bearing on the current law suits against the government and their illegal sweep of ALL profits into the treasury aka third sweep amendment. The collusion of two government agencies to steal a shareholder owned company is an egregious affront to American ideas and capitalism which this the greatest of countries so exist by!!!!
