Someone posted last week they were at HE for the second time and machine was sitting in the corner half full and looked like it hasn't been used in a while , true or not i dont know .
Why not call the company and find out the status of the machines. Ask about whether or not they are being recalled for technical issues, how many are now in-place and working as designed, how many have been ordered, etc. Let us know what they say. TIA glta
