While updating the share structure and not removing Joel, that takes a coupe of seconds.

Don't know Joel and sounds like his past a bit sketchy. Well, that could likely be said for 90% CEO in the pinks. Thing is though, Pink CEOs seem more sketchy when the revenue is either low, non-existent, or in the future. Out of the gate here, there is the chance to have a solid monthly rev stream, so we might be surprised here.

SOS and OTC should be updated, never denied it. The point is that Greg seems to be running things, has the background, likely responsible for JV, communicated with PRs, and will verify rev. From a trade/invest standpoint, that is more important to me.

This is a spec/trip play here and anything can happen at anytime. So far, I like what I see, especially at this PPS
