I will say that I did crunch a few numbers wondering what they are thinking, and noticed that 1B shares at .0025 (i.e. one tick under the magical "short squeeze trigger price" that was announced right as they cancelled the first settlement hearing and presumably renegotiated) is worth the exact equivalent of 125M shares at .02
Perhaps that is their goal dumping price?
Regardless, given all that's come to light here about TEMN's filing troubles I have serious doubts that they can get it there without the SEC taking notice and doing some digging, and it seems like there would be a serious risk of a suspension before try could get it up that high...
