After "effectiveness" we can all encourage management to do the right thing to support shareholders without compromising the company in ANY way, or at least not much.
I know this state of being hamstrung has management very frustrated too.
I suspect they will be receptive to our suggestions. If not it is up to us to convince them forcefully.
Next week be on the ready to act. Passive has gone on long enough. Way long enough.
