Rand Paul is a wackadoodle poser that is showing signs of being more mentally imbalanced than his father! He stands no chance! In fact, the only place he really belongs is in The Governor's Race for Vermont! He would fit right in with his fellow, "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" compatriots! The scariest part is he may be the least sane of the bunch!
