E-trade has allowed me to buy. Been trying to avg down all week.
Whats the rational for that?

Pennyboy20, scottrade is one of the worst for penny. On the other note,I have seen stocks that scottrade stopped trading, not allowing to buy just sell,and that was the beginning of the end of that particular stock. I hope it's not the case with SVFC. That would be too dam bad.

SVFC $$ I know the feeling, I started with scottrade, but now have an Etrade account as well.... slowly eliminating my positions in Scottrade, still keeping it open because I have a bank account with Scottrade. As of now though, most of my trading is done through Etrade...

GLTY man, ETRADE so far seems to be best for pennies... imo.
