Calculating the "burn rate" of toxic diluters, how long till all 20 BILLION authorized shares are issued and in play?

IMO management doesn't give frikkin' flip about retail shareholders. They're burning the place down before pulling a massive reverse split and diluting the crap out of those re-jiggered shares.

Here is a good example of "PARTIAL" since some apparently do not know the definition.

On August 18, 2014, modifying the prior Order in the matter between IronRidge and the Company.

To date, the Company has issued 1,120,000,000 shares to IronRidge in partial satisfaction of the original $2,287,000 claim (the “Claim”).


Add another 370 million now. More to follow that we can count on.
