Good news for shorts bad news for longs

Explain your thought process on how this is good?

If I short 250,000,000 shares today at .0001.

On Monday I have 1,000,000 shorted shares at .025.

The company then dumps, and price drops to .005, and a clear my shorted shares at .005.

I then just made 20k by shorting the stock.

The only way, ONLY way this works for longs if the company does not dump AND on Monday they also release production news.

1. 1,382,008,108 shares of Common Stock outstanding as of September 18, 2014. Anyone find anything concrete that is more recent?

2. After 250 R/S, 5,528,033 shares O/S. Which leaves the about 34.5m (34,500,000) shares to dump at a higher PPS, which will put this back into low double zeros or even back into trips within 5 days after the 20 "d" symbol.

So how is this the best scenario for longs?

Trying to understand this, so if the shorts are still involved then couldn't they just short the stock on Monday and so on??

I mean there is really no news to drive this higher and would be easy to short this.

LegalizeTA you are way too funny. First you were adamant that there was no RS even after I provided the link and now you say its a good thing. Wow really?

Anyways no RS on Monday as FINRA has not approved it yet. Check here daily to see when it will happen.

My opinion is you all should get out as soon as you can because they are doing the RS because they need money to dilute the stock since they have not been able to sell any stuck at .0001 with no bid. That is why Bob said there were problems. Money problems as they dont have any coming in as the only money they make is the endless diluting ATM machine. GLTA
