I have to agree with you (as usual). Initially I was disappointed not to see some major companies filing in support (would help with the 'political' angle of this case) but this brief was so well argued, it really would be hard to top this in turns of the legal issues involved.
The legal costs in the dutch case was also a nice bonus. Hopefully other jurisdictions follow suit (pun intended).
