A year ago the shareholders voted at the annual meeting to pay the President $130,000 per annum.
In the initial agenda for this years meeting the compensation proposal was a raise to $200,000 a year. However, a revised agenda for the 2014 meeting was sent out a week before the meeting and that proposal read $120,000. So rather than a $70,000 raise, the proposal voted on Thursday was actually for a $10,000 pay cut for the company's president. It is up to the board of directors to keep, hire or fire company presidents.
