I'm waiting to see how it works in early-stage PC. But those trials are very hard of course if you have to wait for outcomes.

But from my perspective, starting with hormone therapy makes no sense and will just produce resistance at some point. Much better to hit it up-front (once a decision has been made to treat of course) with the most potent treatment, perhaps in an adjuvant setting.
