I don't mean to correct you : TC is the one that needs to pay and remove the AOT . If the unit did not work I would think they would @ the lest disconnect it and have it delivered back to STWA .... They wouldn't want it hanging around .....

Or else they are keeping it there because they want it ....... It's not
STWA decision to keep it on there lot .
If STWA wants to keep it there TC could says no : where do you want it delivered .... Unless as I mentioned they want a new lease / purchase or keeping this one connected ...

It is making no sense : why would TC terminated the lease early . They paid extra months to have a part on their working pipeline they didn't want
And now that the lease has expired ,
They have not returned it ... The lease states TC is responsible to dismantle & return the units back to STWA .
Go figure !!!!!

If TransCanada wanted to end the relationship with STWA they would have removed it from their installation and severed the relationship. That hasn't happened. Q.E.D. Any particular date isn't meaningful - it could be months. But if the AOT is moved, I'm guessing they will have to tell us. All evidence points to an ongoing relationship. Indeed we don't know what's going on - but I think it all points in a positive direction. According to the terms of the agreement, TransCanada was on Oct. 15 in default of the agreement for not honouring its terms. The fact that STWA does not appear to have invoked that default clause says they are still collaborating, probably closely. Evidently they can just leave the equipment there while figuring out the broader cooperation strategy. Anyway, whatever.
