lol Rookie! News isn't even out yet. And he has been updating the website as he goes. Every so often it is back in "under construction" mode. This is America man! Pope may start his business out rough....who knows!? He's going to need assistance going forward. But the filings are done with the help of Attorneys.
And the stock is pretty damn low already. It will go up if he has anything significant in the works. If this ends up being a Reverse Merger and he just got this set up to give his "shell" to someone else, then you and the others who sold will be eating their hats.
It's very speculative, of course. And I'm also a bit disappointed that no news or 8K has come with the momentum that has been here. But then again, the PPS has been holding up nicely and if this is legit (possible Reverse Merger or whatever) then Pope doesn't have to be in a hurry for our sakes. He could have got a lot more money if this was just an orchestrated pump by releasing a PR or an 8K that coincided with the enthusiasm here. In the end, this is a gamble, and I'm liking my position in this and the possibilities! Good luck to us longs!
