Approximately $250K in attorney's fees is a pretty big hit! Laws are different in different countries, but normally an attorney's fee award such as this would have to only be based upon the attorney's billed time pursuing that particular part of the litigation. In other words, the attorney's fees wouldn't be paid from the start of the case but rather just with regard to the injunction alone. Just sayin, it's a pretty sizable fee award.
