if Itexts is valued at 51 million, WNTR owns 20% ---> 10million$


40% of that 10 million is being given away to shareholders as dividends



So if WNTR retains its shares and doesn't sell, Itext shares should be roughly 6 Million$ in assets, based on a 51 million dollar market cap
