ABSOLUTELY RIGHT says on holder of millions of PP shares. I also have OTC share but am in it to make money not trade on tenths of a percent. Traders have ADD.

EmpireStocks, according to BLTA SEC filings Float is at least 3 billion minus the PP shares;

The unknown is how many Private Placement shares are out there.
