EPGL Weekly Chart below Last .0849, signed development agreement with CooperVision, NYSE..... next is 100B+ NASDAQ Giant and SEC Filing, been accumulating EPGL since 2012, best OTC out their and still early stages, my call $1.00+ by October 2015.
