Well I already knew the OS was 36 million shares from the filing yesterday. Today it is 10 million more at 46 million. This is still not a bad OS unless they add 10 million every day which volume today tells me that they are done selling. The price is too low anyways to make any decent money selling at 5 cents a share. So, why did they do it? Seems pretty simple. They needed to get their financial house in order, which basically meant covering their debt and banking enough money to make the thousands of thermometers they need now and will need in the future. We all know they had peanuts in the bank from their last financial filing. So they paid their debt with shares, which some may have already been sold into the market and they sold more themselves into the market to raise cash. At least now we know why it has gone down day after day. Some will call it dilution and it certainly was. But it was dilution for the right reason. It was not to put money into Keiths pocket but, rather, to get their finances in order so they can grow their business. That should be okay for most investors.
Now, as someone else stated, their worth is only 2.2 million right now. Personally at 5 dollars a share their market value would only be 250 million dollars if business and profits warrant a 5 dollar value. That is nothing in the market and certainly nothing in the penny market world.
So now we wait for them to give us some details that will cause more investors to come in and start bidding this stock back up. Maybe tomorrow will be the day.
I will close by telling you one more thing. I received a message from Keith today after sending him about 5 questions asking the same thing more or less. He finally told me that "business was solid and that the company fundamentals were improving". Solid business means good sales to me and improving fundamentals means the financial situation is improved.
