I caught it. TD just shows the Lindsay and not the entire 7B.

That screenshot is a report for just one lease, the Perry lease, to show the date it was reported. There is another lease that produced 8 barrels the Perry "A" lease for a total of 51 barrels for August. That report was also submitted on October 6th.
