Liable, here is the simple truth.
ORFG/BKEN as it looks now, was nothing but fraud: records, filings, Wilson Nations, Naumu...................all that clearly documented, FACT.
A lot of people lost money based on perpetrated fraud. FACT
There are directly and indirectly involved guilty parties here. FACT
Let's leave Chinaman out for reasons everybody knows.
Orchestrators of fraud: Jensen, Wilson, Arshad.................and the whole PE gang.
Active promoters of fraud Ryan Petrich and others wellknown individuals.
It is only a matter of time now. Case is closed. imo
