Oh my goodness, no, it does not have conditional financing. Again, to say that its "conditional" suggests that all SWET has to do is satisfy certain conditions and it gets the funding and that's simply not the case here. Please stop giving legs to the myth that it has conditional financing.

With all of the allegations flying around it's easy to forget that the company started all the way back in 2010.

If it were a pump and dump then why wait 4 FULL YEARS to pull the trigger on the big TOTALLY FABRICATED PR about financing?

Who has that kind of patience?

Is it possible that the company is actually working on exactly what it says it is?

Not that I'm trying to persuade your trading but imo your making a reasonable calculation against current stock price (extremely low), coinciding accomplishments co has made (site, insert any word with national standard lol) lous with india, mex, Chile, reputable partnerships that add strength to ability possibly accomplish their goal. True only potentials/guidelines swet propensity deliver a lot of power and/or fresh potable water.

Whole risk in this is will they close any kind of a deal is the whole enchilada. I don't doubt whiting turner/commonwealth dynamics will not be able build the tower presuming funding. Revenue potentials against construction at max 2 to 1 cash flow on 20 year note and co offered 30 year financing as well. Depending on pa contracts if any swet has justify loan on such contracts but a 30 year term is available. At these prices im not buying nor am I selling. Consider buying more at .007 to .005 or less of course. I'm holding for result of national standard as well.
