Talkin about help ? The transfer agent was turned into the SEC because their hesg share structure numbers (18.7B) were different than those of such stellar and rock solid performers as Scottrade and e-trade (56.3m).
It didn't work back then and I don't think it will this time either, but hey ya never know.
