GDSM You are correct Dolphy that he is honest and tells it like it is. There is much peril in lying and that is what Mike was relating to regarding the SEC. I am not sure that the goals are unachievable relative to a long term outlook though.
Deals now may be smaller but this is the position that the co. has to deal with at this time. But small deals cumulatively lead to increased revenue overall. Success won't be overnight but with re-investment into the co. it will create a larger capital base to go after the next larger size of deals. Guarantee that if indeed merchant launches it will be a flood gate and that is real revenue.
None the less success isn't obtained overnight or even if a few limited months. Had not there been an issue with merchant services prior revenue would already have been substantial. I would agree the pps is showing it's near value at this time based on actual fact but also with no speculation to create any looks from the SEC. Mike has created some good things and more to come.
