Please provide evidence that they are NOT allowed to remain. If the judge didn't issue an order to vacate, they don't have to.

It is impossible to provide evidence of an order that has not been issued and as far as I know, none has been issued.

The judge DID issue an order for Mabwe to vacate. That HAS been PROVED as the order was enforced by the Sheriff of the Court. :-D
