DILUTION! They are called FILL OR KILL orders. I been laughing my ass off listening to all nonsense about them when they get posted to the market tape. It happens on all OTC stocks. I am not here to teach how the market works, I'm here to see an AUDIT and FORM 10 from HHSE which clearly is not coming again this week!

p44ny, I have done my DD about those trades...They're illegal especially in combination with threats to the CEO of crashing his pps if no advance info is given...call your broker and find out how it's done...we already know WHY it's done...no good reason for an MM to bypass higher bids...NONE...other than to create a lower pps...
