Financial reporting transparency changes from quarter to quarter

One thing is for sure on MJNA's reports, and that is that the quality of the reports is constantly changing, both for the better and for the worse. This includes the information in the financials as well.

One quarter, such as 4Q/13, Imbimbo's reports will show both consolidated numbers across all divisions, regardless of ownership (MJNA, HDDC, etc) and then a Statement of Income for MJNA's ownership only, and then the next (1Q/14) uses consolidated numbers in the main Statement of Income and then subtracts the profit paid to other owners at the end of the statement.

Either is fine, but I would like to see consistency of reporting.

As to the content of the overall reports, why did MJNA completely delete the section that mentions the 2-year audit in the 2Q/14 report? This section has been included in all of the reports for the past year or two until now.

Is it the usual MJNA sloppiness, or was it deliberate.
