At this price over 0.03 and given dysfunctional OTC market lately,it's understandable that some people afraid or hesitate to buy at these levels,especially after small run-up from 0.01 .And I have no idea how things turn out in nov-dec other than sure that big run ahead of us.But it's also possible for the price to comeback to 0.01 area just because of tax loss selling from insiders and this is what most of the people waiting for.
Frankenstein starts walking on monday and from that point new contracts and earnings filings will move this stock.
Some people just unwilling to hold longer than 1 week,and this is what we counting on(those who wants to load cheaper:).
