UTRM: End of September we hit .0007 but it never held, then went back to .0004 within the next few days, and same thing will happen again without PR's.

f.w.i.w., we hit .0007 on September 8, briefly. Obviously, it didn't hold.

I still think today is a teaser. Probably some flippers with the jitters picking up nickels and dimes.

Mm's still have a lid on it though, I think. Very simple I would surmise: No true ignition till James talks, so basically NightTiger is right.
